About T&S
T&S is a small but strong force in Southeastern Connecticut for the past 6 years.
The company was founded by two good friends Tom McNally and Steven Loiler. It started out with the duo helping elderly women who could not afford to hire large lawn care companies, but word spread quickly and shorty after they formed T & S Lawncare LLC.
As a small company, they are able to maintain successful one on one relationships with each client; making sure that everyone gets exactly what they are looking for.
Tom McNally
Tom is the force behind T & S. He runs the day to day business and has diversified it as a Home Improvement Contractor doing work for bank foreclosed properties, property management and much more.
When he's not working you can find Tom hanging out at local restaurants, or working with the people of Montville to improve the town. He has a passion for politics and fairness that not only makes him a wonderful person, but also a wonderful business owner.
Steven Loiler
After spending years with T & S, Steven branched out to pursue his dream of becoming a Connecticut State Trooper. After graduation in December 2014 he began working hard to keep our state safe, but that doesn't mean you won't see him show up to run a machine or lend a helping hand at T & S.
When Steven isn't on the clock he works on the Board of Education for Montville, and helps the Montville Rotary feed the homeless. You can also find him hanging out with Tom at any one of the local restaurants. His favorites include The Brown Derby, Dog Watch Cafe and On the Waterfront.
